Magick Mushrooms

4Q Fresh Mushrooms
1 medium onion (minced)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
8oz Soy-based Butter
1-2T Hot Sauce
1t Salt
1t Pepper
1t Thyme
1t Rosemary
1T Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 t Dill
1T Red Wine
14oz Artichoke Hearts
1/8t Cheyenne Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Set aside Mushrooms and Artichoke hearts in large mixing bowl.
Melt Butter in medium sauce pan. Saute onion and garlic until soft, add Hot Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Dill, and Cheyenne Pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add Red Wine vinegar and Red Wine to Mushrooms and Artichoke hearts and toss until mixed evenly coated.
Add Mixture from sauce pan to bowl and toss till evenly coated.
Transfer contents of bowl to oiled sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes.
